In most cases, no. We use an electronic document and signature platform to negotiate leases and warranty agreements. No certification is required as long as the guarantee agreement is fully concluded and signed electronically. Most of our rental terms are for 12 months that start and end every August. In some cases, a semester rental may be an option, depending on the current leasing promotions that may work. Please ask one of our leasing consultants for details. Due to the large number of spaces we have to prepare for new tenants in August and the limited time available to us, this is generally not possible. The withdrawal date is printed on page 1 of your lease. Please plan accordingly to take the occupation to or after this date. Alternatively, it is possible to sign an endorsement to pay the cheque exclusively to a tenant in the rental agreement, and then send it to that tenant for treatment and withdrawal among the roommates.
All customers must sign the addendum for this option. Contact your electricity provider (West Penn Power) to transfer the electrical service on behalf of ARPM from the last day of your lease. This will avoid unnecessary costs for the service provider. The rent is always due on the first of each month.
